Registration Details
Both Standard and Student Congress Registration fees include:
- Full conference attendance from Monday 16th June to Thursday 19th June 2025 inclusive of admission to scientific program with oral and poster presentation
- Admission to exhibition
- Access to abstracts in electronic form
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
Please note, the all EORS Membership registrations are for 2024 members until March 2025 and includes a renewal of CHF50 for the next year 2026.
Payments
Payments can be made only by credit card. Payments by credit card can be done during the online registration process. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email. All payments should be made in CHF. Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted
Cancellations
Please keep the below in mind, should you need to cancel your registration:
No cancellation fee will apply for cancellation requests after until April 2025.
Cancellation fee after May 1st: 50% due to administrative costs incurred.
Cancellation fee after June 1st: 80% due to administrative costs incurred.
No refund will be made in the case of non-appearance. Kindly note, that all registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated via email at eors-caos-2025@aofoundation.org. The time at which the written cancellation is received is deemed to be the time of cancellation.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organizer is not liable for any losses of things, accidents, destruction and damage of property and/or in the injury of persons, the reason not mattering. This applies for travel to/from the conference as well as the attendance in the conference. Participants and accompanying persons participate in all conference sessions on their own risk. All are advised to personally arrange appropriate travel and health insurance.
Certificate of attendance
A Certificates of Attendance will be available and issued to you upon request, via email, the week after the congress has taken place.
